15 – A Culinary Experience

Recently I photographed a very unique culinary event referred to simply as 15. During the span of eight hours I was busy photographing each of the fifteen courses plus the action in a relatively small and very fast-paced kitchen. The event, in downtown Spokane, Washington was orchestrated by The Purple Turtle and Chef Jeremy Hansen of Santé Restaurant & Charcuterie.

Afterward I went home and made myself a quite delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich (not pictured).
